Ateljee Nina Forss

At Tiiperin Tupa by Ateljee Nina Forss, visitors can spin the Wheel of Fate and receive a Viking Age rune together with a written interpretation.

I create combination runes on pieces of driftwood that offer protection for different needs, such as luck, health, and love. Driftwood pieces are also decorated with fox bones or pike vertebrae.

I make “quill pens” that hide a ballpoint pen inside. Also available are ethically sourced feathers from Finnish chickens, roosters, turkeys, and ostriches, which are also used for making the quill pens.

Other products include rune bags containing 24 Elder Futhark runes made from horse chestnut wood or stone. New items include dreamcatchers made from natural materials and “walking staffs”.
